    Items identified with the " " symbol are only available through special order. A different ordering process is required for items not usually kept in stock (i.e. Special Orders). The manufacturing process and materials used are the same as stock items, but the color or version is not typically part of our everyday stock. Color availability varies, so please contact us with your requirements. All special orders have a minimum lead time of three (3) weeks. Payment must be received prior to order fulfillment.

    Cost
    The total cost for a special order is determined on a case by case basis. Upon request, a quote will be sent to you with all the order details. Please contact us for your free quote, valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued.

    Minimum Quantity
    A minimum quantity is required in most special orders. For instance, the minimum quantity required to order the Windjammer Sport is 6 units per order. Items on a special orders are packed and shipped together. Payment for the complete order must be recieved prior to shippment. If you have any special needs that do not meet the requirements specified above you must let us know at the time of your request for quote (RFQ).

    Special orders work well for organizations where everyone agrees to purchase the same custom color, such as auto clubs and other Miata organizations.

    That's all you got to do! Upon payment confirmation your order will be processed and you will receive an e-mail notification within 48 hours with an Estimate Time of Arrival (ETA).

    Note: Special orders must be paid in full before processing. Once the order has been received there would be no cancellations. Ryan-Performance only sale new products, guaranteed to be free of defects and errors in workmanship. We suggest you save the original packaging material for at least thirty (30) days in case of return. In the event of a defective item, contact us immediately at info@ryan-performance.com to arrange for an exchange. Returns should be sent in its original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Ryan-Performance will reject any returned articles that do not have a confirmed Return Authorization Number (RAN). All unauthorized returned items will be refused and returned to the origination address at the sender’s expense.
