Store Policy Ryan-Performance ships items to all 50 U.S. States and U.S. Territories. Standard shipping method is UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation) at Ryan-Performance's discretion. "Handling"-- the packing of your item(s)--will occur within three to four business days from the day of order. After packing is complete, delivery will occur within 7 working days for standard shipping. (As quoted by our carriers.) Delivery to remote areas may take longer. In this case a Ryan-Performance representative will contact you and provide you with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). Delivery to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories in the Caribbean are supported by USPS Priority mail only. 
International orders are welcome. For your convenience we are now accepting several types of currencies besides U.S. Dollar through PayPal (e.g. Yen, Canadian Dollar, Pound Sterling and Euro). Ryan-Performance is not responsible for any import fees, local taxes, surcharges, etc. Before sending any payments, please contact us for a shipping and handling estimate. The total shipping and handling charges are arranged on a case by case basis. Guarantee Policy Ryan-Performance only sells new products, guaranteed to be free of defects and errors in workmanship. The acrylic piece is always shipped with a lining that protect it during handling and transportation. All Ryan-Performance hardware, including bracket and fasteners, carry a 1 year warranty from defects and errors in workmanship. We suggest you save the original packaging material for at least thirty (30) days in case of return. In the event of a defective item, contact us immediately at info@ryan-performance.com to arrange for an exchange. Disclaimer and Limited Warranty Ryan-Performance assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or injuries, which may result from the improper use or installation of products. Do not attempt to remove the acrylic protective lining if not sure about Windjammer Sport fitting your particular application (style/roll bar). Misuse, faulty installation, or belief upon the appearance characteristics may result in serious bodily injury. Product failure due to material defect and/or workmanship but not resulting from misuse or expectation in appearance, structural integrity or performance characteristics will entitle the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, to replacement or repair of the product, at Ryan-Performance sole discretion and upon delivery of the failed product with prepaid freight to the manufacturer. Ryan-Performance has no control over working conditions or methods use and will not be liable for damages exceeding the value of the product. Return Policy Any items purchased from Ryan-Performance may be returned for exchange or refund, but not before obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We cannot accept items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Returns for non-defective items will incur a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. Item must be returned in re-sellable condition and in their original packing. To obtain your RAN, contact Ryan Performance at info@ryan-performance.com. In the subject line of your e-mail, type “Return” and state within the body of the e-mail the reason(s) for your request. Do not send the package until you received a response from Ryan-Performance - usually within 48 hours. Any items received without a correct RAN will not be accepted and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. We will honor the day you first attempt to contact us as the day of the return.
