When paying for your goods, you will see an option to purchase PayPal's Money Back Guarantee on the PayPal payment page. Under the Guarantee, PayPal will reimburse the amount of the transaction in the event you are not fully satisfied with the purchase and returns the goods to PayPal. File a reimbursement request on the PayPal website within 30 days of payment (excluding the Guarantee fee). The cost of the Money Back Guarantee will be automatically displayed to your buyers at the time of payment. The cost is calculated based on the cost of the item being purchased.

          What's covered?
          This program will only be offered for tangible goods transactions of less than $1,000.00 USD. PayPal may take additional criteria into account in deciding whether to offer the Money Back Guarantee on a particular transaction.

          How would you know if your purchase if cover?
          You will know if a transaction qualifies when you get to the Confirm Payment Details page.           How to file a Reimbursement Request?
          When you purchased Money Back Guarantee and would like to file a request for reimbursement, just log in to your PayPal account and go to the Security Center link in the footer of any PayPal page, and click on the Reimbursement Request Form link in the 'For Buyers' column.

          To have your claim reviewed by PayPal the following requirements must be met: You must use PayPal to pay for your purchase.
          • Your claim must be filed within 30 days of the payment.
          • Your purchase is a tangible item (physical goods that are shipped to you). Services and intangible items, such as emailed recipes and e-books, are not covered.
          • The item you purchased was never received. The Buyer Complaint process only covers items that were never received. Complaints regarding items that were received in a state other than what was described in the listing will appear on the seller's record.
